Why did St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust chose PM3?
Managing a portfolio of projects using multiple spreadsheets and systems to track and attempt to make sense of all the data to share with stakeholders is time consuming and often unreliable. We considered PM3 as a solution that would only ease the stress of reporting, but also highlight where projects were failing behind, drawing attention to resourcing issues and supporting informed decisions based on the facts.
The Trust approached BestOutcome with a clear view of desired outcomes from PM3
● Consistent visibility of projects within the HR directorate portfolio captured within one place
● Releasing time spent by managers in managing projects and removing duplication
● Formal process for recording projects e.g. key dates and decision points
PM3 is a solution that has been built with the end user and their outcomes in mind as the single source of truth
Kelly Stephenson, Head of HR Governance and Performance, said:
“We chose PM3 based on its simplicity and capability to assist the team in delivering our objectives.”
David Walton, Director of BestOutcome, said:
“I am delighted St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust has chosen to roll out PM3 as their PPM Tool. We look forward to working with them to help the Trust achieve their desired goals from PM3.”
